Description of the villa of Porto-Istana
The villa is composed of 2 rooms, one with 2 bunk beds and one with a double bed (the couches of the living room are convertible in simple beds). A Bathroom with WC, shower and wash-hand basin. A kitchen with gaz burners and oven, a large refrigerator with frezer compartment as well as smaller, many kitchen utensils and crockery. A large table seating ten. A living room with 2 convetible sofas. A wash-house with WC and washing machine. The living-room is air-conditioned.
Right outside a pergola with table and chairs. A terrace of 8 m², as well as a large mound.
The sight is open towards the South. Due North a small decorated garden of mirtos, olive-trees, prickly pears and other typical plants of Sardinia.
- Nota :
- The rent concerns only the high part of the house and garden, the low part being rented in the year.
- By concerns of comfort, works of improvement can be made so inside as in outside, photos may be slightly different from the reality.
Many activities are available closely around Porto Istana.
Apart from the visits of the sublimes beaches of Costa Smeralda and Sardinia in general, you will be able to discover some archaeological vestiges of the Nuraghic period, a wild nature. Well on you will find there also diving clubs, wind-surfing clubs, swimming pools, tennis, night clubs...
